Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds based on the following criteria:

Programs: If you have enrolled in one of our educational programs (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced) and have not accessed more than 20% of the program content, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Services: For services such as Hardware Wallet Setup or Custom Sessions, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been provided or scheduled.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at matthew@cryptocoachingaustralia.com.au. We will review your request and initiate the refund process if you meet the eligibility criteria.

3. Refund Timeframe
​
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4. No Refund After 7 Days
​
We do not offer refunds for programs or services requested more than 7 days after the purchase date.
